Restaurant Realty Associates provides the following guidelines for those interesting in having us sell their establishment for them.
What we will need from you... A Listing Form: A detailed worksheet outlining all of the important information about your restaurant. Square footage, seats, taxes, employees, equipment and other facts relevant to the sale. Financial Information: At least the last two years in tax returns and financial statements. Signed Exclusive Right to Sell Agreement: Prepared by RRA which details the terms and conditions by which you hire us to market your restaurant. It spells out the rights and obligations of the seller and the broker and services as protection for both. Agreements should be submitted by your attorney before signing. Copy of Lease or an Appraisal: A full copy of your lease with important dates and rental rates or, if selling your property, a copy of a property appraisal, if available. Site Plans, Building Plans, Photos or Renderings: Any helpful information that would be beneficial to a buyer to easily understand what is being offered. Menus and Promotional Material: Copies of your regular and banquet menus or flyers pertaining to any special activities you offer your customers. Advertising Reviews or Write Ups: If your restaurant has received accolades-and favorable write-ups-show them off.
